We are looking for a proactive and organized Bilingual Executive Assistant/VA (Spanish Speaker) to provide comprehensive support in managing various aspects of our business, including retreat profit analysis, real estate coordination, contractor sourcing, and organizing businesses for tax purposes.
Key responsibilities:
Retreat profit analysis:
◽ Assist in analyzing financial data related to retreats.
◽ Prepare reports on retreat profits, expenses, and key performance indicators.
◽ Provide insights and recommendations for financial optimization.
Real estate coordination:
◽ Manage real estate items associated with retreats.
◽ Assist in coordinating property transactions, leases, and maintenance.
◽ Keep records of property-related documents and agreements.
Contractor sourcing:
◽ Research and identify potential contractors in the Playa area.
◽ Support in the selection process for contractors for various projects.
◽ Facilitate communication between contractors and relevant stakeholders.
Organizing Businesses for Taxes:
◽ Assist in organizing business records for tax purposes.
◽ Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
◽ Help in preparing documentation for tax filings.
General administrative support:
◽ Provide general administrative assistance to enhance overall efficiency.
◽ Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
◽ Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
◽ Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
◽ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
◽ Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and software.
◽ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
