Job Overview:
We are looking for a GTM / Growth / Outbound Lead Generation Manager who will take ownership of building and scaling our lead generation system.
This role focuses on creating a predictable and efficient flow of qualified leads through outbound strategies, modern acquisition approaches, and continuous experimentation. You will directly impact business growth by driving pipeline generation and contributing to revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Build and own the outbound lead generation system (email, LinkedIn and other channels);
• Develop and test messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies;
• Work with tools (including Clay, HeyReach or similar) to automate and scale lead generation;
• Analyze performance (reply and meetings rate, conversions) and continuously improve results;
• Identify and test new acquisition approaches, channels, and hypotheses;
• Ensure lead generation contributes to pipeline growth and revenue;
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates;
• Establish clear metrics, track performance, and report on results;
• Systematize processes so lead generation becomes scalable and repeatable.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in building and optimizing outbound lead generation systems, with clear, demonstrable results and case studies;
• Experience in a SaaS B2B product company, background in MarTech or analytics products is a plus;
• Experience working with global markets (US, LatAm, Europe and other);
• English – B2 or higher;
• Solid understanding of modern outbound and growth best practices, with awareness of current market trends;
• Hands-on experience with automation and data tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Smartlead, LinkedIn tools, data enrichment platforms);
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions;
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements;
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to impact pipeline and revenue through your work;
• Experience managing or mentoring SDR teams is a strong plus.
