Job Overview
As a Customer Support Manager, you'll help customers solve everyday questions and guide them on technical and product-related topics. You’ll collaborate closely with our development, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and deliver the best possible customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support users by e-mail and chat.
- Work in close collaboration with devs, sales and customer success teams.
- Participate in handling the knowledge base (creating and localization).
- Provide internal departments and management with customers’ feedback.
- Work schedule: 1 PM – 10 PM EST

- Language requirements: fluent English and written comprehension in Spanish
- Customer support related experience.
