Job Overview
A Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive, build long-term relationships with customers, collect feedback on the work of our product, and transfer it to the development department.
Responsibilities:
- It's important to live in the corresponding region or to be ready to work in the morning hours (UTC-3 or UTC-4, to effectively cover both LatAm and Spanish-speaking speaking regions)
- Conducting a successful introduction to new customers (onboarding), and product training
- Timely processing of requests from customers
- Cross-functional communication with technical support and product teams, and search for optimal solutions
- Work with product improvement requests
- Conducting in-depth interviews with customers (CustDev calls to understand needs, pain points, and product expectations)
- Foster customer advocacy by managing the referral program, identifying promoters, and collecting testimonials, reviews, and case studies
- Own the renewal process end-to-end, ensuring customer retention by proactively managing contract renewals and addressing risks in at-risk accounts
Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in building relationships with B2B clients.
- Language requirements: English (C1), Spanish (C1).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Client-oriented thinking, emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of learning abilities (incl. technical products, CRM)Openness, kindness, and a sense of humor
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
Would be a plus:
- Experience in IT
- Experience in Influencer Marketing
- Experience in hosting webinars
